NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 22nd August, 2023 S.O. 3743(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (v) of clause(e) of section 3 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013), the Central Government hereby notifies that the Ministry of Defence shall, subject to the control of the President and until further orders, exercise the powers and discharge the functions of the “Appropriate Government” under the said Act and the rules made thereunder, in relation to the acquisition of land at Pukpui Village, Lunglei District, Mizoram as per details mentioned in the Table below, namely :
