NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 12th October, 2026 No. 43 /2026-27

Subject: Amendment in Import Policy of Glufosinate and its salts covered under Chapter 38 of Schedule–I (Import Policy) of ITС (HS), 2022. - reg.

S.O. 5578(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 and Section 5 of Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2023, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby extends the Minimum Import Price (MIP) condition imposed vide Notification No. 10/2026-27 dated 13.04.2026 on import of Glufosinate and its salts covered under Chapter 38 of ITC (HS), 2022, Schedule-I (Import Policy), till 12.04.2027, with all other terms and conditions of the above said notification remaining the same.

Effect of the Notification: The Minimum Import Price (MIP) condition on the import of Glufosinate and its salts falling under HS Codes 38089193, 38089199, 38089361, 38089391, 38089399, 38089912, 38089991 and 38089999 of Chapter 38 of Schedule I (Import Policy) of ITC (HS) 2022, imposed vide Notification No.

10/2026-27 dated 13.04.2026 stands extended till 12.04.2027.
