NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 9th September, 2026 S.O. 5009(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Sub-section (3) of Section 17 of the Employees’ Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (19 of 1952), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment number S.O. 1433(E) dated the 29th May, 2015 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II,

Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated the 29th May, 2015, namely:— In the said notification, in the Table, under column “Category/Sub-Category”, under the heading “Debt Instruments and Related Investments”, against Category No. (ii), for clause (c), the following clause shall be substituted,

namely:— “(c) Rupee Bonds having an outstanding maturity of at least three years issued by institution of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, International Finance Corporation, Asian Development Bank and New Development Bank.” [F.
