1. प्रधानमांत्री इलेक्ट्रिक ड्राइव रिवोल्यूशन इन इनोवेरिव व्हीकल एनहाांसमेंि (पीएम ई-ड्राइव) स्कीम को भािी उद्योर् मांत्रालय द्वािा दिनाांक 29 क्ट्सतबां ि, 2024 को का.आ. 4259(अ) के माध्यम स े अक्ट्धसूक्ट्ित दकया र्या था। भािी उद्योर् मांत्रालय द्वािा ई-बसों के क्ट्लए ििणबद्ध क्ट्वक्ट्नमागण कायगक्रम (पीएमपी) को दिनाांक 3 मािग, 2025 को का.आ. 1078(अ) के माध्यम स े अक्ट्धसूक्ट्ित दकया र्या था तथा इसम ें दिनाांक 30 क्ट्सतांबि, 2025 को का.आ. 4480(अ) औि दिनाांक 13 मािग, 2026 को का.आ. 1330(अ) के माध्यम स े सांशोधन दकया र्या था। 6799 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)]

2. अब, ई-बसों (एम2/एम3) के पीएमपी की क्रम सांख्या 8 म ें क्ट्नम्नानुसाि सांशोधन दकया जाता ह ै जो िाजपत्र म ें इसके प्रकाशन की तािीख स े प्रभावी होर्ा। क्रम पीएमपी पीएमपी की आवश्यकताएँ स.ां घिक 8 िैरशन 1 क्ट्सतबां ि, 2026 स ेप्रभावी:

मोिि िैरशन मोिि का क्ट्वक्ट्नमागण, क्ट्जसम ें कम-स-े कम िोिि असेंबली को मोिि म ें दिटिांर्, स्िेिि असेंबली की मोिि म ें दिटिांर्, बेयटिांर् दििमेंि, एनरलोजि दििमेंि, कनेरिसग दििमेंि तथा केबल्स दििमेंि शाक्ट्मल ह,ैं घिेलू स्ति पि दकया जाएर्ा। 1 अप्रलै , 2027 स े प्रभावी:

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 3rd September, 2026 S.O. 4884(E).— Amendment to PMP for e-buses (M2/M3) under the PM Electric Drive Revolution in Innovative Vehicle Enhancement (PM E-DRIVE) Scheme

1. The PM Electric Drive Revolution in Innovative Vehicle Enhancement (PM E-DRIVE) Scheme was notified by the Ministry of Heavy Industries vide S.O.4259(E) dated 29th September 2024. The Phased Manufacturing Programme (PMP) for e-Buses was notified by MHI vide S.O.1078 (E) dated 3rd March 2025 and further amended by S.O. 4480(E) on 30th September 2025 and S.O. 1330(E) dated 13th March 2026.

2. Now Sr. No. 8 of the PMP of e-buses (M2/M3) is further amended as below with effect from date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

Sr.No. PMP PMP Requirement Component 8 Traction With effect from 1st September 2026:

Motor Manufacturing of traction motor which at least includes fitment of rotor assembly into motor, fitment of stator assembly into motor, bearing fitment, enclosure fitment, connectors fitment, cables fitment shall be domestically performed.

With effect from 01st April 2027:

Manufacturing of traction motor which at least includes magnet fitment, fitment of rotor assembly into motor, fitment of stator assembly into motor, shaft fitment, bearing fitment, enclosure fitment, connectors fitment, cables fitment shall be domestically performed.
