1. (1) आन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम भारत सरकार (काय-य अबंटन) (तीन सौ ऄस्ट्सीवां संिोधन) जनयम, 2025 ह।ै

(2) ये तरु ंत प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. भारत सरकार (काय-य अबंटन) जनयम, 1961 म,ें जद्वतीय ऄनसु ूिी में, “ईपभोिा मामले, खाद्य और सावयिजनक जवतरण मंिालय” िीर्यक के ऄधीन, ईप-िीर्यक “क. ईपभोिा मामले जवभाग” के ऄधीन-

(i) ‘ऄंतरायजययक व्यापार: जस्ट्पररटयुि जनर्ममजत (ऄंतरायजययक व्यापार और वाजणयय) जनयंिण ऄजधजनयम, 1955 (1955 का 39)’ से संबंजधत प्रजवजि 2 का लोप दकया िाएगा;

(ii) प्रजवजि 7 म,ें जहन्दी में संिोधन की अवश्यकता नहीं ह;ै

(iii) प्रजवजि 9 म,ें िब्दों, ऄंको और कोष्ठकों ‘बाट और माप मानक ऄजधजनयम, 1976 (1976 का 60)’, के स्ट्थान पर िब्द, ऄंक और कोष्ठक ‘जवजधक मापजवज्ञान ऄजधजनयम, 2009 (2010 का 1)’ रख ेिाएंग;े 2971 GI/2025 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)]

(iv) प्रजवजि 10 म,ें िब्दों, ऄंको और कोष्ठकों ‘भारतीय मानक ब्यरू ो ऄजधजनयम, 1986 (1986 का 63)’, के स्ट्थान पर िब्द, ऄंक और कोष्ठक ‘भारतीय मानक ब्यरू ो ऄजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11)’ रखे िाएंग;े

(v) प्रजवजि 15 में, िब्दों, ऄंको और कोष्ठकों ‘ईपभोिा संरिण ऄजधजनयम, 1986 (1986 का 68)’ के स्ट्थान पर िब्द, ऄंक और कोष्ठक ‘ईपभोिा संरिण ऄजधजनयम, 2019 (2019 का 35)’ रखे िाएगं ।े द्रौपदी मुमुय, राष्ट्रपजत [फा.सं. 1/21/8/2024-मंजि.] सतेन्द्र ससह, ऄपर सजिव CABINET SECRETARIAT

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 5th May, 2025 S.O. 2017(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, namely: -

1. (1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of Business) (Three Hundred and Eightieth) Amendment Rules, 2025.

(2) They shall come into force at once.

2. In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, in THE SECOND SCHEDULE, under the heading “MINISTRY OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS, FOOD AND PUBLIC DISTRIBUTION (UPBHOKTA MAMLE, KHADYA AUR SARVAJANIK VITARAN MANTRALAYA)”, under the sub-heading “A. DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS (UPBHOKTA MAMLE VIBHAG)”-

(i) entry 2 relating to „Inter-State Trade: The Spirituous Preparation (Inter-State Trade and Commerce) Control Act, 1955 (39 of 1955)‟ shall be omitted;

(ii) in entry 7, for the word „Meterology‟, the word „Metrology‟ shall be substituted;

(iii) in entry 9, for the words, figures and brackets „The Standards of Weights and Measures Act, 1976 (60 of

1976)‟, the words, figures and brackets „The Legal Metrology Act, 2009 (1 of 2010)‟ shall be substituted;

(iv) in entry 10, for the words, figures and brackets „The Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 1986 (63 of

1986)‟, the words, figures and brackets „The Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016)‟ shall be substituted;

(v) in entry 15, for the words, figures and brackets „The Consumer Protection Act, 1986 (68 of 1986)‟, the words, figures and brackets „The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (35 of 2019)‟ shall be substituted.
