1. (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम भारत सरकार (काय-य आबंटन) (तीन सौ उनासीवां संिोधन) जनयम, 2025 ह।ै
(2) ये तुरंत प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. भारत सरकार (काय-य आबंटन) जनयम, 1961 म,ें जद्वतीय अनसु ूिी म,ें “स्ट्वास्ट््य और पररवार कल्याण मंिालय” िीर्यक के अधीन, “ग. स्ट्वास्ट््य अनुसंधान जवभाग” उप-िीर्यक के अधीन, जवद्यमान प्रजवजि 10 के पश्चात, जनम्नजलजखत प्रजवजि अंत:स्ट्र्ाजपत की िाएगी, अर्ातय ः- “11. स्ट्वास्ट््य प्रौद्योजगकी मल्ू यांकन से संबंजधत मामले ।” द्रौपिी मुमुय राष्ट्रपजत, ———— [फा. सं. 1/21/14/2023-मंजि.] सतेन्द्द्र ससंह, अपर सजिव 307 GI/2025 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] CABINET SECRETARIAT
NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 13th January, 2025 S.O. 203(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, namely: -
1. (1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of Business) (Three Hundred and Seventy-ninth Amendment) Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force at once.
2. In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, in THE SECOND SCHEDULE, under the heading “MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE (SWASTHYA AUR PARIVAR KALYAN MANTRALAYA)”, under the sub-heading “C. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH RESEARCH (SWASTHYA ANUSANDHAN VIBHAG)”, after existing entry 10, the following entry shall be inserted,
namely: - “11. Matters related to Health Technology Assessment.”.
