NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 28th August, 2023 S.O. 3820(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission Act, 1956 (61 of 1956) read with rules 3 and 4 of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby appoints the following person as the Member of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette and for that purpose makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, number S.O. 3193 (E), dated the 14th July, 2022 namely:- In the said notification, in the paragraph 3, in item II, after serial number 1 and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely:- "2. Shri Lalitkumar Fatechand Shah (Gugalia) Marketing `Part-time'' [F. No. A-43013/1/2022-KVI (2)] VIPUL GOEL, Jt. Secy.

Note: The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (II) vide number S.O. 3193 (E), dated the 14th July, 2022 and subsequently amended vide

notification number S.O. 5403 (E), dated the 21st November, 2022.
