The Proposed Combination relates to the acquisition of shareholding in Sorting Hat Technologies Private Limited (Target) and its merger with and into upGrad Education Private Limited (Acquirer).
The Acquirer is a private limited company incorporated in India, with direct and indirect presence across the formal and non-formal education sectors.
The Target is a private limited company incorporated in India, with direct and indirect presence in the non- formal education sector.
