NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 7th September, 2026 S.O. 4961(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 410 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) read with section 24(2)(d) of the Tribunals Reforms Act, 2026, and in continuation of notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs number S.O. 2535 (E), dated the 15th May, 2026, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), the Central Government hereby extends the tenure of the following Technical Members in the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, appointed vide notification number S.O. 3462 (E), dated the 22nd July, 2022, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-

section (ii), with the same terms and conditions, for a period with effect from 9th September, 2026 to 16th May, 2027 or till attaining the age of sixty-seven years, whichever is earlier, namely:
