GENERAL NOTIFICATIONS Variation to the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan for the Local Planning Area (Roc No: 7010/2023/LPA) No.VI(1)/482/2026.
1. In exercise of power conferred under sub-section (4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms.No. 94 Housing and Urban Development (4-1) Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27 Part II—Section 2 dated 15.07.2009.
2. Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O.(2D)No.
448 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(CLU-11)] Department dated 02.12.2024 subject to conditions the following variation are made to the approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No. 661 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] dated 12.10.1994
notification No.II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page No 1078 of Part Il—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 09.11.1994.
Variation In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Page No: 185 & 186 the Coimbatore District, Coimbatore South Taluk, Singanallur Village. Ward No.37(AK), Block No: 03. T.S.No: 28/1 (Old S.F.No: 475pt) the following entries should be made.
Under the heading "Residential land use" the expression S.F.No: 475pt (Ward No.37(AK), Block No: 03, T.S.No: 28/1) shall be added Under the heading "Agriculture land use" the expression S.F.No: 475pt (Ward No.37(AK), Block No: 03.

1. In exercise of power conferred under sub-section (4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms.No.94 Housing and Urban Development (4-1) Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27 Part II—Section 2 dated 15.07.2009.
2. Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O.Ms.
No.238, Housing and Urban Development Department, Dated.07.08.2026 subject to conditions the following variation are made to the approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No. 103. Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] dated 04.07.2025, notification No.II(2)/HOU/582(m)/2025 at Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 07.07.2025.Oct. 14, 2026] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE 395 Variation In the said Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Coimbatore District, Coimbatore North Taluk Anupperpalayam Village the following entries should be made.
(i) Under the heading "Commercial land use zone" the expression SF Nos. 13/31, 13/32 & 14/2 shall be added before SF No. 13/31, 13/32, 14/2.
(ii) Under the heading "Agricultural land use zone" the expression SF No: 13/31, 13/32, 14/2 shall deleted and the expression SF.No. 13/31, 13/32, 14/2 (Except 13/31, 13/32 & 14/2) shall be substituted.

Variation In the said Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Page No.345, The Coimbatore District/Corporation, Perur Taluk – Thennamanallur Village, SF Nos. 161/1C1C, the following entries should be made.
(i) Under the heading “Residential land use zone” the expression SF Nos. 161/1C1C shall be added.
(ii) Under the heading “Agricultural land use zone” the expression SF No: 161 shall deleted and the expression SF.No. 161/1C1C shall be substituted.

Draft Variations In the Review Approved Tiruppur Master Plan, in the Land use schedule, under the heading in Chettipalayam Village at page S-41, regarding S.F.Nos. 138/2B, 138/3B, 138/4A1, 138/4B, 139/2, 139/3A1 & 140/1 the following entries should be made.
1. Against the entry of General Industries Use (GI-11) 138/2B, 138/3B, 138/4A1, 138/4B, 139/2 139/3A1, 140/1 and shall be added Before 239/2.
2. Against the entry of Mixed Residential Use deleted and the expression 138 to 144 (Except 138/2B, 138/3B, 138/4A1, 138/4B, 139/2, 139/3A1, 140/1) and expression 138Part, 139part and 140 part, 141 to 144 shall be substituted.

2. Against the entry of Agricultural Use(AG-41) deleted and the expression 298 to 304 (Except 303/9) and expression 298 to 302, 303pt, 304 shall be substituted.

No 102 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L.Re-1)] Department Dated: 18.08.2021 the following variations are made to the Approved of Modified Master Plan for Idappadi Local Planning Area approved in the G.O.(Ms) No 170 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department, dated: 13.07.2006 Variation In the Approved of Modified Idappadi Master Plan, under the heading permitted Land use in survey numbers of Idappadi Local Planning Area, under heading Avaniparur mealmugam village in Old Survey No.413/1, Ward -C Block-04 in Page No. 08 the following entries shall be made accordingly.
Under the heading AGRICULTURAL USE and under sub heading "AG-10 (Dry Lands)" Public and Semi Public (P.1) the expressions "T.S.No. 7/13 "shall be substituted.
After the heading "Land Under water" the following heading shall be created "COMMERCIAL USE".

Variation In the said Approved Master Plan, in the land use schedule, under the heading in Perunkudi Village at Page No:295,296,297, regarding S.F.Nos: 102/6 the following entries should be made:
1. Under the sub heading Use Zone, in the S.F.Nos. against the entry Residential, the expression 102/6 shall be inserted after the expression 101.
2. Under the sub heading Use Zone, in the S.F.No. against the entry Agricultural, the expression 102 shall be deleted and the expression, all sub divisions of 102 except 102/6, shall be substituted.
