(2) के साथ पठित अजखल भारतीय सेिाएँ अजधजनयम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार आंध्र प्रिेि सरकार के परामिि से, भारतीय प्रिासजनक सेिा (संिगि पि संख्या का जनयतन) जिजनयमन, 1955 में आगे और संिोधन करने के जलए एतद्द्वारा जनम्नजलजखत जिजनयम बनाती है, नामतः-

1. (1) इन जिजनयमनों को भारतीय प्रिासजनक सेिा (संिगि पि संख्या का जनयतन) जद्वतीय संिोधन जिजनयमन, 2026 कहा िाएगा।

2. भारतीय प्रिासजनक सेिा (सिं गि पि संख्या का जनयतन) जिजनयमन, 1955 की अनुसूची में “आंध्र प्रिेि” िीषिक और उससे संबजधधत प्रजिजियों के जलए जनम्नजलजखत को प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा, नामतः─ “आध्रं प्रिेि आध्रं प्रिेि राज्य सरकार के तहत िठरष्ठ ड्यटू ी पि 141 आंध्र प्रिेि सरकार के मुख्य सजचि 1 सरकार के अपर मुख्य सजचि 3 सरकार के अपर मुख्य सजचि, कृजष 1 प्रधान सजचि/प्रधान सजचि-सह-आयिु 16 सजचि, सरकार 11 सजचि, सरकार – सह – आयिु 23 अपर मुख्य आयिु , भूजम प्रिासन सह सजचि 1 कलक्टर एिं जिला मजिस्ट्रेट 26 संयुि कलक्टर 26 पीओ, आईटीडीए/पीडी, डीआरडीए/सीईओ, ज़डे पी 5 जनिेिक 20 अपर/संयुि/उप सजचि, सरकार 8 1 कुल िठरष्ठ ड्यटू ी पि 141 2 केंद्रीय प्रजतजनयजु ि ठरज़ि,ि िो उपयिुि मि 1 के 40% स ेअजधक नहीं होंग े 56 3 राज्य प्रजतजनयजु ि ठरज़ि,ि िो उपयिुि मि 1 के 25% स ेअजधक नहीं होंग े 35 4 प्रजिक्षण ठरज़ि,ि िो उपयिुि मि 1 के 3.5% स ेअजधक नहीं होंगे 4 5 छुट्टी ठरज़ि िऔर कजनष्ठ पि ठरज़िि, िो उपयिुि मि 1 के 16.5% स ेअजधक नहीं होंगे 23 6 भारतीय प्रिासजनक सिे ा (भती) जनयमािली, 1954 के जनयम 8 के अधीन पिोन्नजत द्वारा भरे िान े 78 िाल ेपि, िो उपयिुि मि 1,2,3 और 4 के 33 1/3% स ेअजधक नहीं होंग े 7 सीधी भती द्वारा भरे िान ेिाल ेपि (मि 1+2+3+4+5-6) 181 कुल प्राजधकृत पि संख्या 259” [फा. स.ं 11031/03/2022-अ.भा.स-े II(क)] रािेि कुमार यािि, अिर सजचि ठटप्पणी (1): इस अजधसूचना के िारी होने स ेपूिि, आंध्र प्रििे संिगि की कुल प्राजधकृत पि सख्ं या 239 थी।[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 ठटप्पणी (2): मख्ु य जिजनयम, दिनांक 22 अिूबर 1955 के एसआरओ सं. 3350 के तहत भारत के रािपत्र म ें प्रकाजित दकए गए थे। तत्पश्चात, इधह ेंआंध्र प्रििे संिगि के संबंध में जनम्नजलजखत सा.का.जन संख्याओं तथा जतजथयों द्वारा संिोजधत दकया गया:- क्र. सं. सा.का.जन सं. जतजथ क्र. सं. सा.का.जन सं. जतजथ

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 16th January, 2026 G.S.R. 38(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), read with sub-rules (1) and (2) of rule 4 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955,

namely:─

1. (1) These Regulations may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Second Amendment Regulations, 2026.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.
