1. (1) इन जनयमों को भारतीय प्रिासजनक सेिा (िेतन) जद्वतीय संिोधन जनयमािली, 2026 कहा िा सकेगा।

(2) ये जनयम िास कीय रािपत्र में इनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत् त होंगे ।

2. भारतीय प्रिासजनक सेिा (िेतन) जनयमािली, 2016, अनुसचू ी II म,ें - (क) ताजलका में राज्य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय प्रिासजनक सेिा के िररष्ठ िेतनमान से ऊपर के िेतन िाले पिों से संबंजधत –भाग क में, प्रथम कॉलम म ें आन े िाली “आन्‍दर प्रिेि” प्रजिजि तथा िसू रे कॉलम में आन े िाली तद्नुरूपी प्रजिजियों के जलए जनम्न जलजखत प्रजतस्ट् थाजपत दकया िाएगा, नामत: - 340 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] “ आन्‍दर प्रिेि आन्‍दर प्रिेि सरकार के मुख्य सजचि िेतन मैररक्स में स्ट् तर 17 सरकार के अपर मुख्य सजचि िेतन मैररक्स में स्ट् तर 17 सरकार के अपर मुख्य सजचि, कृजष िेतन मैररक्स में स्ट् तर 17 प्रधान सजचि/प्रधान सजचि-सह-आयिु िेतन मैररक्स में स्ट् तर 15 सजचि, सरकार िेतन मैररक्स में स्ट् तर 14 सजचि-सह-आयुि, सरकार िेतन मैररक्स में स्ट् तर 14” (ख) िेतन के अजतररि जििेष भत् ते िाले पिों सजहत राज्य सरकार के अधीन भारतीय प्रिासजनक सेिा के िररष्ठ िेतनमान में िेतन िाले पिों स े संबंजधत भाग ख म,ें ताजलका म ें आन्‍दर प्रिेि के अधीन आन े िाली प्रजिजियों के जलए जनम्न जलजखत प्रजतस्ट् थाजपत दकया िाएगा,- “अपर मुख्य आयुि, भूजम प्रिासन-सह-सजचि कलक्टर एिं जिला अजधकारी संयुि कलक्टर पीओ, आईटीडीए/पीडी, डीआरडीए/सीईओ,िेडपी जनिेिक अपर/संयुि/उप सजचि, सरकार” [फा. स.ं 11031/03/2022-अ.भा.स.े -II (ख)] रािेि कुमार यािि, अिर सजचि रटप्प णी: मुख्य जनयम, दिनांक 8 जसतम्ब र, 2016 की सा.का.जन.सं. 870(अ) के तहत भारत के रािपत्र असाधारण म ें प्रकाजित दकए गए थे और बाि में नीचे दिए गए सा.का.जन स.ं और दिनांक द्वारा उनमें बिलाि दकए गए:- क्र. स.ं सा.का.जन स.ं दिनाकं क्र. स.ं सा.का.जन स.ं दिनाकं

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 16th January, 2026 G.S.R. 39(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 2016, namely: ─

1. (1) These rules may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Second Amendment Rules, 2026.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.

2. In the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 2016, in Schedule II,–

(a) in Part A relating to Posts carrying pay above the Senior Scale of pay of the Indian Administrative Service under the State Governments, in the table, for the entry “Andhra Pradesh” occurring in the first column and corresponding entries in the second column, the following shall be substituted namely:─ “Andhra Pradesh Chief Secretary to Government of Andhra Pradesh Level 17 in Pay matrix Additional Chief Secretary to Government Level 17 in Pay matrix Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Agriculture Level 17 in Pay matrix Principal Secretary/ Principal Secretary-cum-Commissioner Level 15 in Pay matrix Secretary to Government Level 14 in Pay matrix Secretary to Government-cum-Commissioners Level 14 in Pay matrix”

(b) in Part B relating to Posts carrying pay in the Senior Scale of the Indian Administrative Service under the State Governments including posts carrying Special Allowance in addition to pay, in the table for the entries occurring under Andhra Pradesh the following shall be substituted,– “Additional Chief Commissioner of Land Administration Cum Secretary Collectors & District Magistrates Joint Collectors PO, ITDA/PD, DRDA/CEO, ZP Directors Additional./Joint/ Deputy Secretaries to Government” [F.
