(2) के साथ पठित अजखल भारतीय सेिा अजधजनयम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्‍द र सरकार, गिु रात सरकार के परामिि से भारतीय प्रिासजनक सेिा (संिगि पि संख् या का जनयतन) जिजनयमन, 1955 म ेंआग ेऔर संिोधन करने के जलए एतद्द्वारा जनम्न जलजखत जिजनयम बनाती ह,ै अथाित ् :-

1. (1) इन जिजनयमनों को भारतीय प्रिासजनक सेिा (संिगि पि संख् या का जनयतन) तृतीय संिोधन जिजनयमन, 2026 कहा िाएगा।

(2) ये जिजनयमन िासकीय रािपत्र में इनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे।

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 13th February, 2026 G.S.R. 129(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), read with sub-rules (1) and (2) of rule 4 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Gujarat, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955,

namely:─

1. (1) These Regulations may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Third Amendment Regulations, 2026.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.
