(2) के साथ पठित, अजखल भारतीय सेवा अजधजनयम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, केंद्र सरकार, जहमाचल प्रदेि सरकार के परामि ग स,े भारतीय प्रिासजनक सेवा (संवगग पद संख्या का जनयतन) जवजनयमन,5511 में आगे और संिोधन करन े के जलए एतद्द्वारा जनम्नजलजखत जवजनयम बनाती ह,ै नामत: ─

5. (1) इन जवजनयमों को भारतीय प्रिासजनक सेवा (संवगग पद संख्य ा का जनयतन) पांचवां संिोधन जवजनयमन, 2026 कहा जा सकेगा।

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 2nd April 2026 G.S.R. 249(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), read with sub-rules (1) and (2) of rule 4 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Himachal Pradesh, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955,

namely:─

1. (1) These Regulations may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Fifth Amendment Regulations, 2026.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.
