IV.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 25 of the ESI Act, 1948(34 of 1948) read with Regulation 10 of ESI (General) Regulations, 1950, the Chairman, ESI Corporation hereby makes the following amendments to the Regional Board for State of Himachal Pradesh as constituted vide No. V-33(13)19/2009-E.IV dated: 3rd September, 2019 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-III, Section-4 dated the 11th September, 2019.

In the said notification under Regulation 10(1)(e) as Employers’ representative against Sl. No. 5,
