1. इि जिजियमों को भारतीय प्रजतभूजत और जिजिमय बोडड (जिदेिी िोजखम पूूँिी जििेिक) (संिोधि) जिजियम, 2026 कहा िा सकेगा ।

2. ये जिजियम रािपत्र म ेंइिके प्रकाजित होिे की तारीख से एक सौ अस्ट्सीिें ददि लाग ू होंगे।

3. भारतीय प्रजतभूजत और जिजिमय बोडड (जिदेिी िोजखम पूूँिी जििेिक) जिजियम, 2000 म,ें- I. जिजियम 3(3) में, िब्द “दसू री अि सूची में दी हुई फीस लगाई िाएगी और” हट िाएंगे;

II. दसू री अि सूची म,ें 5023 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] i. खंड (1) म,ें क. अंक तर्ा िब्दों “2500 अमरीकी डॉलर” के स्ट्र्ाि पर जचह्ि, िब्द तर्ा अंक “, दकसी भी देि की ऐसी म द्रा म ेंिो स्ट्िीकायड हो रु.2,30,000 के बराबर की रकम” आ िाएंगे; और ख. िब्दों तर्ा जचह्ि “अजभजहत जिक्षेपागार सहभागी के पास पॉमड प्रस्ट्त त करत े समय,” के स्ट्र्ाि पर िब्द तर्ा जचह्ि “रजिस्ट्रीकरण प्रमाणपत्र प्रदाि दकए िािे से पहले, डेजसग्नेटेड जडपॉजिटरी पार्टडजसपेंट (अजभजहत जिक्षेपागार सहभागी) के पास” आ िाएंग े । ii. खंड (2) म,ें अंक तर्ा िब्दों “100 अमरीकी डॉलर की ििीकरण फीस” के स्ट्र्ाि पर िब्द, जचह्ि तर्ा अंक “फीस (ररि अल फीस / रजिस्ट्रेिि की अिजध बढ़ािे हते अदा की िािे िाली फीस) के तौर पर, दकसी भी देि की ऐसी म द्रा म ें िो स्ट्िीकायड हो रु.9,000 के बराबर की रकम” आ िाएगं े;

iii. खंड (5) म,ें क. अंक तर्ा िब्दों “5 अमरीकी डॉलर” के स्ट्र्ाि पर जचह्ि, िब्द तर्ा अंक “दकसी भी देि की ऐसी म द्रा में िो स्ट्िीकायड हो रु.500 के बराबर की रकम” आ िाएंगे; और ख. िब्दों तर्ा अंक “अजधक से अजधक 150 अमरीकी डॉलर” के स्ट्र्ाि पर िब्द, जचह्ि तर्ा अंक “दकसी भी देि की ऐसी म द्रा में िो स्ट्िीकायड हो अजधक से अजधक रु.15,000 के बराबर की रकम” आ िाएगं े । iv. खंड (6) के स्ट्र्ाि पर जिम्नजलजखत खंड आ िाएगा, अर्ाडत,् - “(6) प्रत्येक डेजसग्नेटेड जडपॉजिटरी पार्टडजसपेंट (अजभजहत जिक्षेपागार सहभागी) जिदेिी िोजखम पूूँिी जििेिकों से ली गई फीस भारतीय रुपये में बोडड के पास उसी प्रकार िमा कराएगा, िैसा िीचे बताया गया ह:ै (क) पहली बार जलए िाि े िाल े रजिस्ट्रेिि के मामल े में, जिदेिी िोजखम पूूँिी जििेिक को रजिस्ट्रीकरण प्रमाणपत्र प्रदाि दकए िािे की तारीख स े पाूँच कायड-ददिसों के भीतर फीस िमा करत े समय उस फॉमेट में ब्यौरे भी प्रस्ट्त त कर ददए िाएूँ, िो समय-समय पर जिधाडररत दकया िाए;

(ख) रजिस्ट्रेिि जमलिे के बाद अगले ब्लॉकों हते अदा की िािे िाली फीस (ररिअ ल फीस / रजिस्ट्रेिि की अिजध बढ़ाि े हते अदा की िाि े िाली फीस) के मामल े म ें या फीस अदा करिे में हुई दरे ी हते अदा की िािे िाली फीस के मामले में, डेजसग्नेटेड जडपॉजिटरी पार्टडजसपेंट को जिस तारीख को िह फीस प्राप्त हो उस तारीख स े पाूँच कायड-ददिसों के भीतर फीस िमा करत े समय उस फॉमेट में ब्यौरे भी प्रस्ट्तत कर ददए िाएूँ, िो समय- समय पर जिधाडररत दकया िाए ।” अजमत प्रधाि,कायडपालक जिदेिक [जिज्ञापि-III/4/असा./205/2026-27][भाग III—खण् ड 4] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 रटप्पणी:

NOTIFICATION Mumbai, the 3rd July, 2026 SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA (FOREIGN VENTURE CAPITAL INVESTORS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2026 No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/309.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 30(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), the Securities and Exchange Board of India hereby makes the following regulations, to further amend the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Foreign Venture Capital Investors) Regulations, 2000, namely, –

1. These regulations may be called the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Foreign Venture Capital Investors) (Amendment) Regulations, 2026.

2. They shall come into force on the one hundred eightieth day from the date of publication of these regulations in the Official Gazette.

3. In the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Foreign Venture Capital Investors) Regulations, 2000, – I. In regulation 3(3), the words “by the fee specified in the Second Schedule and” shall be omitted;

II. in the Second Schedule, i. in Clause (1), a. the words and symbols “$2500” shall be substituted with the words and symbols “Rs. 2,30,000 in eligible foreign exchange equivalent”; and b. the words “at the time of submission of the Form” shall be substituted with the words “prior to the grant of certificate of registration”.

ii. in Clause (2), the words and symbols “$100” shall be substituted with the words and symbols “Rs. 9,000 in eligible foreign exchange equivalent”; iii. in Clause (5), a. the words and symbols “$5” shall be substituted with the words and symbols “Rs. 500 in eligible foreign exchange equivalent”; and b. the words and symbols “$150” shall be substituted with the words and symbols “Rs. 15,000 in eligible foreign exchange equivalent”.4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] iv. Clause (6) shall be substituted with the following, namely, - “(6) Every designated depository participant shall remit the fees collected from the

foreign venture capital investors in INR to the Board in the following manner:

(a) in the case of initial registration, within five working days from the date of grant of certificate of registration to the foreign venture capital investor, along with the details in the format, as may be specified from time to time;

(b) in the case of renewal fees paid for subsequent blocks after registration or any late fees, within five working days from the date of receipt of such fees by the designated depository participant, along with the details in the format, as may be specified from time to time.” AMIT PRADHAN, Executive Director [ADVT.-III/4/Exty./205/2026-27]
