NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 28th May, 2019 F.No. A-36024/1/2006-Estt.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 32 of the National Capital Region Planning Board Act, 1985 (2 of 1985), National Capital Region Planning Board in its 37th Meeting held on
04.12.2017 hereby delegate the power to Member Secretary of the Board for issuing Notice and for taking necessary 3719 GI/2019 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC. 4] action under section 29(2) of National Capital Region Planning Board Act, 1985 to deal with violation of Regional Plan.
This delegation of power shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the date of issue of the Minutes of the 37th meeting of the National Capital Region Planning Board which is 03.01.2018.
