8. क्या सीधी भती के जलए जनधाडररत आयु आंतररक उम्मीदवारों यानी राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र योजना बोडड और िैक्षजणक योग्यता प्रोन्नत व्यजियों के कमडचाररयों के जलए आयु 40 वर्ड से अजधक नहीं है। िैजक्षक के मामले में लागू होगी। योग्यता सीधी भती के समान ही होगी।

dated 25th October, 2006, the NCR Planning Board hereby makes the following regulations to amend the National Capital Region Planning Board Recruitment & Promotion Rules, 2006:-[भाग III—खण् ड 4] भारत का राजपत्र : असाधारण 5

1. Short title and commencement –

(i) These regulations may be called the "National Capital Region Planning Board Recruitment & Promotion (Amendment) Regulations, 2022".

(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.
