NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 13th March, 2020 No. A-12011/4/2017-Estt.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 37 of the National Capital Region Planning Board Act, 1985 (2 of 1985) and in continuation of the National Capital Region Planning Board Recruitment & Promotion Rules, 2006 published vide No.A-12011/1/2005-Estt. dated 25th October, 2006, the NCR Planning Board hereby makes the following amendments in the method of recruitment to the post of Assistant Director (Finance), National Capital Region Planning Board

namely:-

1. Short title and commencement- i. These regulations may be called the “National Capital Region Planning Board Recruitment & Promotion (Amendment) Regulations, 2017”. ii. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Notifications No.A-12011/1/2005-Estt. dated 25th October, 2006, the tables in respect of the post of Assistant Director (Finance) given after the clause 14.2 of the Notifications, is substituted with

Note-2 Assistant Director (Finance) are eligible for non-functional pay scale Level-10 (Rs.56100-177500) in Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC after completion of four years of approved service in the pay Level-8 (Rs.47600-151100) in Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC as per M/o Personnel, P.G. and Pensions, Department of Personnel and Training Order No.21/36/03-CS1, dated 13-11-2003. (copy enclosed at Annexure-C).

This has been adopted in pursuance of the NCRPB Regulations 1986 vide Notification No.C-11031/1/86- NCRPB, dated 3-3-1986, under Regulation 3 under the heading ‘Salaries and allowances of officers and employees’. The pay and all other allowances except House Rent Allowance of officers and employees of the Board shall be the same as those prescribed by the Central Government for its employees of similar status (copy enclosed at Annexure-D) If a Departmental Promotion Committee exists what is its Circumstances in which Union Public composition Service Commission is to be consulted in making recruitment 12 13 Selection and appointment to the post will be made by the Member -- Secretary of the Board on the basis of the recommendation of Selection Committee/Departmental Promotion Committee as my be prescribed by the Competent Authority from time to time.
