1. (i) इन जवजनयमों को “जचदकत्सा संस्ट्थानों में जिक्षक पात्रता योग्यता जवजनयम (संिोधन), 2023” कहा िाएगा।

(ii) ये रािपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. िीर्िक “समकक्षता के जलए जविेिी स्नातकोत्तर योग्यता के सबं ंध म ें सामान्य मानिडं ” के तहत उि जवजनयम के खंड 12.3 के स्ट्थान पर जनम्नजलजखत को रखा िाता है:-

12.3. ऐसे मामलों में, यदि उसने भारत में एमबीबीएस अहति ा और भारत में पंिीकरण हते ु पात्र मान्यताप्राप्त स्नातकोत्तर अहति ा उपयिुि खडं 12.1 में उजल्लजखत पांच अंग्रिे ी भार्ी िेिों में से दकसी भी िेि से प्राप्त की ह ै और वह उपयिुि खंड 12.1 में उजल्लजखत मानिडं को परू ा करता/करती ह,ै तो उस पर आयुर्विज्ञान म ें उसके िक्षै जणक अनुभव के आधार पर समय-समय पर यथासंिोजधत जचदकत्सा संस्ट्थानों में जिक्षक पात्रता योग्यता जवजनयम, 2022 के अनुसार भारत में मेजडकल कॉलेि म ें जिक्षण कायि हते ु जवचार दकया िाएगा। डॉ. पुलकेि कुमार, सजचव, राष्ट्रीय आयुर्विज्ञान आयोग [जवज्ञापन-III/4/असा./003/2023-24] 2263 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] टिप्पणी : मूल जवजनयम अथाित “जचदकत्सा संस्ट्थानों में जिक्षक पात्रता योग्यता जवजनयम, 2022” भारत के रािपत्र के भाग–III खंड (4) में राष्ट्रीय आयुर्विज्ञान आयोग की अजधसूचना सं.एनएमसी/एमसीआई-23 (I)/2021 एमईडी द्वारा दिनांक 22 फरवरी, 2022 को प्रकाजित दकए गए थे। NATIONAL MEDICAL COMMISSION (AMENDMENT NOTIFICATION) New Delhi, the 31st March, 2023 No. C-19011/06/2022/NMC/Coord. .—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 57 of the National Medical Commission Act, 2019, the National Medical Commission hereby makes the following Regulations to further amend the “Teachers Eligibility Qualifications in Medical Institutions Regulations, 2022” namely: -

1. (i) These Regulations may be called the “Teachers Eligibility Qualifications in Medical Institutions Regulations,

(Amendment), 2023.

(ii) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. The clause 12.3 of the Regulations, under the heading “General Norms regarding Foreign Postgraduate Qualifications for Equivalence”, is replaced with:-

12.3 In such cases, if he/she has acquired MBBS qualification in India and recognized PG qualification, eligible for registration in India, from any of the five English speaking countries, mentioned in

Section 12.1 above, and fulfills the criteria mentioned in Section 12.1, then he/she shall be considered for teaching job in medical college in India, as per Teachers Eligibility qualifications in Medical Institutions regulations-2022 as amended from time to time, depending on his/her teaching experience in medical sciences.
