1. सजं क्षप्त िीर्कच और प्रारंभ- (1) इन जर्वजनयमों को आयुर्वेद जिक्षण एर्व ं अनुसंधान संस्ट्थान (संिोधन) जर्वजनयम, 2024 कहा िाएगा।

(2) य े जर्वजनयम सरकारी रािपत्र म ें उनके प्रकािन की तारीख स े प्रर्वृत होंगे।

2. आयुर्वेद जिक्षण एर्व ं अनुसधं ान संस्ट्थान जर्वजनयम, 2021 के जर्वजनयम 10 के उप-जर्वजनयम (1) म,ें "संस्ट्थान की जर्वत्त सजमजत" िीर्चक के तहत,- (क) क्रम संख्या 2 और उससे संबंजधत प्रजर्वजियों के जलए, जनम्नजलजखत प्रजर्वजियों को प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा, अथाचत:- “आयुर् मंत्रालय का प्रजतजनजध िो उप सजचर्व/जनदेिक के स्ट्तर स े नीचे का नहीं होगा”;

(ख) क्रम संख्या 4 और उससे संबंजधत प्रजर्वजियों के जलए, जनम्नजलजखत प्रजर्वजियों को प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा, अथाचत:- 2186 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] “जर्वत्तीय सलाहकार, आयर्ु मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार या उनका प्रजतजनजध िो उप सजचर्व/जनदेिक स्ट्तर स े नीच े का नहीं होगा”। प्रो. NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 21st March, 2024 No. L-12015/18/2021-AS.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 28 of the Institute of Teaching and Research in Ayurveda Act, 2020 (16 of 2020), the Institute of Teaching and Research in Ayurveda, with the previous approval of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations to further amend the Institute of Teaching and Research in Ayurveda Regulations, 2021 namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These regulations may be called the Institute of Teaching and Research in Ayurveda (Amendment) Regulations, 2024.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Institute of Teaching and Research in Ayurveda Regulations, 2021, in regulation 10, in sub-regulation

(1), under heading “ THE FINANCE COMMITTEE OF INSTITUTE”,-

(a) for serial number 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following entries shall be substituted, namely :- “Representative of Ministry of Ayush not below the level of Deputy Secretary/Director”;

(b) for serial number 4 and the entries relating thereto, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:- “Financial Adviser, Ministry of Ayush, Government of India or his representative not below the level of Deputy Secretary/Director”.
