1. (i) इन जर्वजनयमों को आयुर्वेद जिक्षण एर्व ंअनुसंधान संस्ट्थान (संिोधन( जर्वजनयम, 2024 कहा िाएगा।

(ii) ये जर्वजनयम सरकारी रािपत्र म ेंइनके प्रकािन की तारीख से लागू होंगे।

2. आयुर्वेद जिक्षण एर्वं अनुसंधान संस्ट्थान, जर्वजनयम, 2021 में जर्वजनयम 35 म,ें जनम्नजलजखत स्ट्पष्टीकरण अतं र्र्वाष्ट दकया िाएगा, अथाात:् - “स्ट्प ष्ट ीकरण: इस जर्वजनयम के प्रयोिन के जलए “अन्य सेर्वा ितों में, िो संस्ट्थान के जनयजमत कमाचाररयों पर लाग ू होती ह,ैं ऐस े प्रत्येक व्यजि की सेर्वा ितें भी िाजमल ह ैं िो दो पूर्वार्वती संस्ट्थानों अथाात् श्री गुलाबकुंर्वरबा आयुर्वेद 464 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] महाजर्वद्यालय, िामनगर, भारतीय आयुर्वेददक फामाास्ट्युरटकल जर्वज्ञान संस्ट्थान, िामनगर और स्ट् र्वस्ट्थ र्वतत्त जर्वभाग में कायारत ह ैंऔर आयुर्वेद जिक्षण एर्व ंअनसु ंधान संस्ट्थान के कमाचारी बन गए ह।ैं ” प्रोफेसर (डॉ.( अनूप ठाकर, जनदेिक [जर्वज्ञापन-III/4/असा./703/2023-24] नोट: मलू जनयम ददनांक 10 ददसंबर, 2021 की अजधसूचना संख्या एल-12015/18/2021-एएस द्वारा ददनांक 12 िनर्वरी, 2022 के भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-III, खंड-4 म ें प्रकाजित दकए गए थ े और बाद म ें ददनांक 6 अक्टूबर, 2023 की अजधसूचना संख्या एल-12015/18/2021-एएस द्वारा संिोजधत दकए गए थे। INSTITUTE OF TEACHING AND RESEARCH IN AYURVEDA

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 17th January, 2024 No. L-12015/16/2023-AS.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 28 of the Institute of Teaching and Research in Ayurveda Act, 2020 (16 of 2020), the Institute of Teaching and Research in Ayurveda, with the previous approval of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations to amend the Institute of Teaching and Research in Ayurveda, Regulations, 2021 namely:-

1. (i) These regulations may be called the Institute of Teaching and Research in Ayurveda (Amendment) Regulations, 2024.

(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Institute of Teaching and Research in Ayurveda, Regulations, 2021 in regulations 35, the following

explanation shall be inserted, namely :- “Explanation: For the purpose of this regulation “other conditions of service” that apply to the regular employees of the Institute to also include the service conditions of every person who is employed in two anteceding institutions namely, Shree Gulabkunverba Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, Jamnagar, the Indian Institution of Ayurvedic Pharmaceutical Sciences, Jamnagar and Department of Swasthvritta who became the employees of the Institute of Teaching and Research in Ayurveda”.
