1. (क) इन जर्जनयमों को भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो (कमवचाठरयों की सेर्ा की जनबंधन एर्ं ितें) जर्जनयम, 2026 कहा िाएगा। (ख) य ेआजधकाठरक रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रर्ृत्त होंगे।
2. भारतीय मानक ब्यरू ो (कमचव ाठरयों की सेर्ा की जनबंधन एर्ं ितें) जर्जनयम, 2020 (जिसे इसके पश्चात उि जर्जनयम कहा गया ह)ै के खडं 12 के उपखंड 4(क) को जनम्नानुसार प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाए: “आर्ास िुल्क तथा िैजनक एकमुश्त राजि केंद्र सरकार के कमचव ाठरयों के समान होगी िैसे समय-समय पर संिोजधत की िाती ह।ै ” 4000 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] ठिप्पणी: जनधावठरत अजधकतम िरों की सीमा के अधीन आर्ास पर दकया गया र्ास्ट्तजर्क व्यय रसीि प्रस्ट्तुत करन ेपर स्ट्र्ीकायव होगा और इन िरों म ेंकर या सरकारी उपकर सजममजलत नहीं ह ैं िो दक र्ास्ट्तजर्क व्यय पर अजतठरि रूप स ेिेय होंगे। अलका, सजचर् [जर्ज्ञापन-III/4/असा./148/2026-27] ठिप्पणी : मूल जर्जनयम भारत के रािपत्र म,ें असाधारण, भाग III - खंड 4, फा. सं. बीएस/11/06/2020, दिनांक 25 िून, 2020 को प्रकाजित दकए गए थे। BUREAU OF INDIAN STANDARDS
NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 2nd June, 2026 F. No. BS XI/06/01/2026-27.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 8 read with
section 39 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), and with the previous approval of the Central Government, the Bureau of Indian Standards hereby makes the following amendment to the Bureau of Indian Standards (Terms and Conditions of Service of Employees) Regulations, 2020, namely: -
1. (a) These regulations may be called the Bureau of Indian Standards (Terms and Conditions of Service of Employees) Regulations, 2026.
(b) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the official Gazette.
2. In the Bureau of Indian Standards (Terms and Conditions of Service of Employees) Regulations, 2020, (hereinafter referred to as the said regulations), the sub clause 4(a) of clause no. 12 shall be substituted as below:
“the stay accommodation charges and lump sum amount per day shall be at par with the central government employees as amended from time to time.”
Note: The Actual expenditure on staying accommodation subject to the prescribed ceiling rates, shall be admissible on production of receipt & the rates are excluding taxes or Government levies, which shall be extra at actuals.
