(Amendment) New Delhi, the 19th December, 2023 No. U. 11022/3/2023-UGMEB.—In exercise of the powers conferred vide sub-section (a), (d) and (e) of

Section 24 read with Sections 26, 28 and 29 of the National Medical Commission Act, 2019 (Act 30 of 2019), the Under Graduate Medical Education Board hereby issues the following amendment to the detailed “Guidelines under Regulation 10 of the Establishment of New Medical Institutions, Starting of New Medical Courses, Increase of Seats for Existing Courses & Assessment and Rating Regulations, 2023 in short (UG-MSR 2023)” and Regulation 19 of the Graduate Medical Education Regulations 2023 notified in Extraordinary Gazette of India part III section 4 vide ADVT-III/4/Exty/360/2023-24 dated 16.08.2023:- SCHEDULE I- ACCOMODATION IN THE MEDICAL COLLEGE AND ITS ASSOCIATED TEACHING HOSPITALS A-College A.1 General Remarks :

“3.1 AEBAS i) All Medical Colleges/Institutions shall install AEBAS to be linked to Command –and Control center of NMC.

May be read as: “3.1 AEBAS “i) All Medical Colleges/Institution shall connect with centralized AEBAS system for marking attendance of the required staff (faculty, residents and supporting staff) and NMC will access attendance data online from centralized AEBAS system.
