No. L-1/250/2019/CERC.—In the notification No. L-1/250/2019/CERC dated 07.02.2023 regarding the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Sharing of Inter-State Transmission Charges and Losses) (First Amendment) Regulations, 2023, published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary (Part-III, Section-4, No. 149) on 01.03.2023, the following corrections are made:

1. The words “under Step-1” in the last column of the first row of Table I and Table II under sub- clause (f) of Clause (2) of Regulation 13 shall be deleted.

2. In the last line of sub-clause (f) of Clause (1) of Annexure III, the words “subclause (b) of Clause

(2) of Regulation 15” shall be substituted with the words “sub-clause (a) of Clause (2) of Regulation 15”.

3. In the formula under sub-clause (b)(i) under Clause (2) of Annexure-III, the expanded meaning of ‘T’ shall be read as under: “T” is the number of time blocks in a month for which T-GNA has been granted

4. In the formula under sub-clause (b)(ii) of Clause (2) of Annexure-III, the expanded meaning of the word “Waiver” shall be read as under: “Waiver (%) = 100 X (sum of SDRTG for the time blocks in the month for which T-GNA has RE been granted) / (total number of time blocks for which T-GNA has been granted in the month RE X 0.3 X T-GNA )” RE HARPREET SINGH PRUTHI, Secy.
