(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राज्य सरकारों और संघ लोक सेिा आयोग के परामिश से, भारतीय पुजलस सेिा (पररिीक्षाधीन अंजतम परीक्षा) जनयम, 2023 में संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती है, अथाशत:-

1. संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ. - (1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम भारतीय पुजलस सेिा (पररिीक्षाधीन अंजतम परीक्षा) संिोधन जनयम, 2025 ह।ै

(2) ये रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत् त होंगे।

2. भारतीय पुजलस सेिा (पररिीक्षाधीन अंजतम परीक्षा) जनयम, 2023 में जनयम 3 के उपजनयम (1) में, अजनिायश आतं ररक जिषयों से संबंजधत भाग-1की, सारणी में,- ( क) पेपर I से संबंजधत प्रजिजि में, “भारतीय दडं संजहता, 1860” िब्दों और अंकों के स्ट्थान पर “भारतीय न्याय संजहता, 2023” िब्द और अंक रखें िाएंगे;

(ख) पेपर II से संबंजधत प्रजिजि में, “भारतीय साक्ष्य अजधजनयम, 1872” िब्दों और अंकों के स्ट्थान पर “ भारतीय साक्ष्य अजधजनयम , 2023” िब्द और अंक रखें िाएंगे; (ग) पेपर III से संबंजधत प्रजिजि में, “दडं प्रदिया संजहता, 1973” िब्दों और अंकों के स्ट्थान पर “ भारतीय नागररक सुरक्षा संजहता, 2023” िब्द और अंक रखें िाएंगे। [फा. सं. 11058/01/2025-अभासे-III] कजिता चौहान, अिर सजचि 7476 GI/2025 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] रिप्पण : मूल जनयम, भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग- II, खंड 3, उपखंड (i) में सं. सा.का.जन. 377 (अ), तारीख 19 मई , 2023 द्वारा प्रकाजित दकए गए थे। MINISTRY OF PERSONNEL, PUBLIC GRIEVANCES AND PENSIONS (Department of Personnel and Training)

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 11th November, 2025 G.S.R. 833(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the All-India Service Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), the Central Government, in consultation with the State Governments and the Union Public Service Commission, hereby makes the following rules to amend the Indian Police Service (Probationers’ Final Examination) Rules, 2023, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Indian Police Service (Probationers’ Final Examination) Amendment Rules, 2025.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Indian Police Service (Probationers’ Final Examination) Rules, 2023, in rule 3, in sub-rule (1), in Part- I relating to Compulsory Indoor Subjects, in the Table,-

(a) against the entry relating to Paper I, for the words and figures “Indian Penal Code, 1860”, the words and figures “Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023” shall be substituted;

(b) against the entry relating to Paper II, for the words and figures “Indian Evidence Act, 1872”, the words and figures “Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023” shall be substituted; (c ) against the entry relating to Paper III, for the words and figures “Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973”, the words and figures “Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023” shall be substituted.
