50) की धारा 12 की उप-धारा (1) और धारा 13 की उप-धारा (1); के साथ पठित धारा 28 की उप-धारा (1); भारतीय प्रजतभूजत एिं जिजनमय बोडड अजधजनयम, 1992 (1992 का 15) की धारा 28ग के साथ पठित धारा 30 िारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए; अंतरराष्ट्रीय जित्तीय सेिा केंद्र प्राजधकरण, अतं रराष्ट्रीय जित्तीय सेिा केंद्र प्राजधकरण (पूंिी बाज़ार मध्यस्ट्थ) जिजनयम, 2025 (जिसे आगे 'मुख्य जिजनयम' कहा िाएगा) में और सिं ोधन करने के जलए ये जिजनयम बनाता ह,ै िो इस प्रकार ह:ैं-
1. इन जिजनयमों को अतं रराष्ट्रीय जित्तीय सेिा केंद्र प्राजधकरण (पूंिी बाज़ार मध्यस्ट्थ) (जितीय संिोधन) जिजनयम, 2026 कहा िाएगा।
2. ये जिजनयम िासकीय रािपत्र में इनके प्रकािन की तारीख से प्रिृत्त होंगे।
3. मुख्य जिजनयमों म,ें जिजनयम 28 के उप-जिजनयम (5) के पहल े उपबंध म,ें “की रेट ंग में” िब्दों के बाद और “दा” िब्द से पहल,े जनम्नजलजखत िोडा िाएगा, अथाडत:- “इसकी अनुमोददत नीजत के अनसु ार कजतपय जस्ट्थजतयों सजहत दकन्तु इन तक सीजमत नहीं” प्रदीप रामकृष्णन, कायडकारी जनदेिक [जिज्ञापन-III/4/असा./296/2026-27] 6727 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL SERVICES CENTRES AUTHORITY
NOTIFICATION Gandhinagar, the 25th August, 2026 International Financial Services Centres Authority (Capital Market Intermediaries) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2026 IFSCA/GN/2026/ 013.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 28 read with sub-section (1) of Section 12 and sub-section (1) of Section 13 of the International Financial Services Centres Authority Act, 2019 (50 of 2019); Section 30 read with Section 28C of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992); the International Financial Services Centres Authority hereby makes the following regulations, further to amend the International Financial Services Centres Authority (Capital Market Intermediaries) Regulations, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘principal regulations’), namely:-
1. These regulations may be called the International Financial Services Centres Authority (Capital Market Intermediaries) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2026.
2. These regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
3. In the principal regulations, in the first proviso of sub-regulation (5) of regulation 28, after the words “a rating in” and before the word “the”, the following shall be inserted, namely:- “certain situations as per its approved policy, including but not limited to” PRADEEP RAMAKRISHNAN, Executive Director [ADVT.-III/4/Exty./296/2026-27] Uploaded by Dte. of Printing at Government of India Press, Ring Road, Mayapuri, New Delhi-110064 and Published by the Controller of Publications, Delhi-110054.
