1. सजं िप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.— (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम जसक्क ा जनमािण (संघ लोक सेिा आयोग के िताब्िी िर्ि के अिसर पर स्ट्मारक जसक्क ा िारी करना) जनयम, 2026 ह।ै

(2) य ेरािपत्र म ें इनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे।

2. जसक्क े का मल्ू यिग.ि— संघ लोक सेिा आयोग के िताब्िी िर्ि के अिसर को स्ट्मरणीय बनाने के जलए केंरीय सरकार के प्राजधकार के अधीन िारी दकये िाने के जलए टकसाल म ेंएक सौ रुपय े मल्ू य िग ि का जसक्क ा ढाला िाएगा ।

3. जसक्क े की जिमाए ं और सरं चना.— जनयम 2 म ें जिजनर्ििष्ट मल्ू य िग ि के जसक्क ा, जनम्नजलजखत जिमाओं और संरचना के अनुरूप होगा, अथाित:् - 6881 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] जसक्क े का मूल्य िग ि आकृजत और बाह्य व्यास िांतेिार दकनारे की संख्या धात ु संरचना

4. जडज़ाइन.— जसक्क े का जडज़ाइन िह होगा, िो इन जनयमों के साथ उपाबद्ध पहली अनुसूची म ें यथा जिजनर्ििष्ट ह।ै

5. मानक ििन और अनज्ञु ात उपचार.— संघ लोक सेिा आयोग के िताब्िी िर् िके अिसर को स्ट्मरणीय बनान ेके जलए जनयम 2 म ें जनर्िष्टि मूल्य िग ि के जसक्क े का मानक ििन और ऐसे जसक्क े को बनान े म ें अनज्ञु ात उपचार िह होगा, िो इन जनयमों के साथ उपाबद्ध िसू री अनुसूची म ें यथा जिजनर्ििष्ट ह।ै पहली अनुसूची [जनयम 4 िेख]ें एक सौ रुपय े अग्र भाग:

जसक्क े के इस भाग पर मध्य म ेंअिोक स्ट्तम्भ का ससंह स्ट्तम्भ िीर्ि होगा, जिसके नीच े“सत्यमिे ियत”े लेख उत्कीर्णित होगा, उसकी बाईं पररजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप म ें “भारत” िब्ि और िाईं पररजध पर अग्रं ेिी म ें “INDIA” िब्ि होगा। ससंह स्ट्तम्भ िीर्ि के नीच ेरुपय ेका प्रतीक “₹” और अंतरािष्ट्रीय अंकों म ेंअंदकत मूल्य “100” भी होगा। पष्टृ भाग:

जसक्क े के इस भाग म ेंजसक्क े के मध्य म ेंसंघ लोक सेिा आयोग के भिन का जचत्र होगा। जसक्क े की ऊपरी पररजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप म ें “सघं लोक सिे ा आयोग” लेख उत्कीर्णित होगा | जसक्क े की जनचली पररजध पर अग्रं ेिी म ें “UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION” लेख उत्कीर्णित होगा। जचत्र के नीच ेअतं रािष्ट्रीय अंको म ेंिर् ि“1926 - 2026” और िेिनागरी जलजप म ें“िताब्िी िर्”ि लेख उत्कीर्णित होगा। िसू री अनुसूची [जनयम 5 िेख]ें अनुज्ञात उपचार जसक्क े का मूल्यिग ि मानक ििन धात ु संरचना म ें मानक ििन म ें

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 8th September, 2026 G.S.R. 785(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of

section 24 of the Coinage Act, 2011(11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules,

namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of commemorative coin on the occasion of Centenary Year of the Union Public Service Commission) Rules, 2026.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Denomination of coin.— The coin of One Hundred Rupees denomination shall be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government to commemorate the occasion of Centenary Year of the Union Public Service Commission.

3. Dimension and composition of coin.— The denomination of the coin specified in rule 2 shall conform to the following dimensions and composition, namely:- Denomination Shape and outside Number of serrations Metal composition of the coin diameter

Circular Pure Silver One Hundred Rupees 200 44 millimeters Silver – 99.9 per cent.

4. Design.— The design of the coin shall be as specified in the First Schedule annexed to these rules.

5. Standard weight and remedy allowed.— The standard weight of the coin of denomination referred to in

rule 2 to commemorate the occasion of Centenary Year of the Union Public Service Commission and the remedy allowed in making of such coin shall be as specified in the Second Schedule annexed to these rules.

FIRST SCHEDULE [See rule 4] ONE HUNDRED RUPEES

OBVERSE:

This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend “सत्यमिे ियत”े inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Devanagari script and on the right periphery with the word “INDIA” in English. It shall also bear the Rupee symbol “₹” and denominational value “100” in the international numerals below the Lion Capitol.

REVERSE:

This face of the coin shall bear the image of the building of the Union Public Service Commission at the centre of the coin. On the upper periphery of the coin, the inscription “संघ लोक सेवा आयोग” shall be inscribed in Devanagari script. On the lower periphery of the coin, the inscription “UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION” shall be inscribed in English.
