1. सजं िप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.- (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम जसक्का-जनमािण (सिस्त्र सेना जचदकत्सा महाजिद्यालय, पुण े की प्लैटिनम ियंती के अिसर पर स्ट्मारक जसक्का िारी करना) जनयम, 2023 ह।ै

(2) य ेरािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे।

2. जसक्के का मल्ू यिग.ि- सिस्त्र सेना जचदकत्सा महाजिद्यालय, पुणे की प्लैटिनम ियंती के अिसर पर केंरीय सरकार के प्राजधकार के अधीन िारी करन ेके जलए िकसाल में पचहत्तर रुपये मूल्य िग िका जसक्का ढाला िाएगा ।

3. जसक्के की जिमा और सरं चना.- जनयम 2 म ें उजल्लजखत मल्ू य िगि के जसक्के, जनम्नजलजखत जिमाओं और संरचना के अनरूु प होंगे, अथाित ्:- 7385 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] जसक्के का मूल्य िगि आकार और बा ह्य व्यास िांतेिार दकनारों की संख्या धातु संरचना

4. जडज़ाइन.- जसक्के का जडज़ाइन इन जनयमों की पहली अनुसचू ी में यथा जिजनर्िष्टि होगा।

5. मानक ििन और अनज्ञु ात उपचार.- जनयम 2 में जनर्िष्टि जसक्के का मानक ििन और ऐस े जसक्के को बनान े में अनुज्ञात उपचार िह होगा िो इन जनयमों की िसू री अनुसूची में यथा जिजनर्िष्टि ह।ै प्रथम अनसु चू ी (जनयम 4 िेख)ें पचहत्तर रुपय े अग्र भाग:

जसक्के के मुख भाग पर मध्य म ेंअिोक स्ट्तम्भ का ससंह स्ट्तम्भ िीर्ि होगा, जिसके नीच े “सत्यमेि ियत”े लेख उत्कीर्णित होगा, उसकी बाईं पटरजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप म ें “भारत” िब्ि और िाईं पटरजध पर अग्रं ेिी म ें “INDIA” िब्ि होगा। ससंह स्ट्तम्भ िीर्ि के नीच ेरुपय ेका प्रतीक “₹” और अंतरािष्ट्रीय अंकों म ेंअंदकत मूल्य “75” भी होगा । पष्टृ भाग:

जसक्के के इस भाग के मध्य में अंतराष्ट्रि ीय अंक “75” के भीतर सिस्त्र सेना जचदकत्सा महाजिद्यालय, पुणे का प्रतीक जचन्द्ह ििािया होगा । जसक्के की उपरी पटरजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप में “सिस्त्र सेना जचदकत्सा महाजिद्यालय, पुण”े जलखा होगा। जसक्के की जनचली पटरजध पर अग्रँ ेिी मे “ARMED FORCES MEDICAL COLLEGE, PUNE” जलखा होगा । सिस्त्र सेना जचदकत्सा महाजिद्यालय, पुण े के प्रतीक जचन्द्ह के नीचे िेिनागरी जलजप में “सा जिद्या या जिमुिय”े तथा “IN PURSUIT OF EXCELLENCE” अग्रँ ेिी म े जलखा होगा । अंतरािष्ट्रीय अंकों म ें िर् ि “1948” तथा “2023” अंतराष्ट्रि ीय अंक "75" के क्रमि: बाएँ और िाएँ तरफ अंदकत होंगे। िसू री अनसु चू ी (जनयम 5 िेख)ें अनुज्ञात उपचार जसक्के का मूल्यिग ि मानक ििन संयोिन म ें मानक ििन म ें

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 29th November, 2023 G.S.R. 867(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 24 of the Coinage Act, 2011(11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of commemorative coin on the occasion of Platinum Jubilee of Armed Forces Medical College, Pune) Rules, 2023.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Denomination of coin.- The coin of Seventy Five Rupees denomination shall be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government on the occasion of Platinum Jubilee of Armed Forces Medical College, Pune.

3. Dimension and composition of coin.- The coin of the denomination mentioned in rule 2 shall conform to the following dimensions and composition, namely:- Denomination Number of Shape and outside diameter Metal composition of coin serrations

Circular Silver alloy Seventy Five Rupees 44 millimeter 200 Silver - 80 per cent.

Copper - 20 per cent.

4. Design.- The design of the coin shall be as specified in the First Schedule of these rules.

5. Standard weight and remedy allowed.- The standard weight of the coin referred to in rule 2 and the remedy allowed in making of such coin shall be as specified in the Second Schedule to these rules.

THE FIRST SCHEDULE (See rule 4) SEVENTY FIVE RUPEES

OBVERSE:

This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the center with the legend “सत्यमेि ियते” inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Devnagari script and on the right periphery with the word “INDIA” in English. It shall also bear the Rupee symbol “₹” and denominational value “75” in the international numerals below the Lion Capitol.

REVERSE:

This face of coin shall bear the image of the logo of Armed Forces Medical College, Pune in the center of the coin encircled with the international numeral “75”. The inscription “सिस्त्र सेना जचदकत्सा महाजिद्यालय, पुणे” in Devnagari script shall be written on the upper periphery. The inscription “Armed Forces Medical College, Pune” in English shall be written on the lower periphery. “सा जिद्या या जिमुिये” in devnagari script and “IN PURSUIT OF EXCELLENCE” in English shall be written below the logo. The year “1948” and “2023” in international numerals shall be flanked on left and right side of the international numeral “75” respectively.
