“ददनांक 06.03.1991 को आयोजित अपनी बैठक म ें जनगम द्वारा पाररत संकल्प के अजधक्रमण म,ें यह संकल्प जलया िाता ह ै दक महाजनदेिक, जचदकत्सा आयुक्त, बीमा आयुक्त, अपर आयक्तु , जनदेिक (प्रिासन), उप जचदकत्सा आयुक्त, डीन, जनदेिक (जचदकत्सा) , जचदकत्सा अधीक्षक, क्षेत्रीय जनदिे क ग्रडे -क/जनदेिक, क्षेत्रीय जनदेिक ग्रडे -ख/संयुक्त जनदेिक, वररष्ठ उप जनदेिक, उप जनदिे क, सहायक जनदेिक/प्रबन्धक ग्रेड-I, सामाजिक सुरक्षा अजधकारी/प्रबन्धक ग्रडे -II/अधीक्षक जनम्नजलजखत के जलए प्राजधकृत ह:ैं -

(i) जनगम के जहत म ें आवश्यक, जनगम के नाम पर वाद और अन्य जवजधक कायमवाही प्रारम्भ करन े तथा जनगम के जवरुद्ध प्रारम्भ की गई ऐसी दकसी कायमवाही का कममचारी राज्य बीमा अजधजनयम, 1948 के अंतगमत स्ट्थाजपत उन अजधकरणों सजहत सभी न्यायालयों या अजधकरणों म ें बचाव करन;े तथा

(ii) ऐसे मामलों का सभी न्यायालयों या अजधकरणों म ें जनगम का प्रजतजनजधत्व करना जिनम ें जनगम एक पक्ष हो तथा जनगम की ओर स े काय म करने, पेि होन,े आवेदन करन,े अजभवचन करन े तथा धन की जनकासी करना हो। एस. जबस्ट् वास, बीमा आयुक् त (पी. एव ंडी.) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 8th November, 2021 F. No. N-12/13/01/2019-P&D.— It is notified for general information that the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation at its meeting held on 10th Sept 2021 passed the following resolution:- “In supersession of the Resolution passed by the Corporation at its meeting held on 06.03.1991, it is resolved that the Director General, the Medical Commissioner, the Insurance Commissioner, the Addl.

Commissioner, the Director (Administration), the Deputy Medical Commissioner, the Dean, the Director

(Medical), the Medical Superintendent, the Regional Director Grade ‘A’/Director, the Regional Director Grade ‘B’/Joint Director, the Senior Deputy Director, Deputy Director, Assistant Director/Manager Grade- I, Social Security Officer/Manager Grade-II/Superintendent are authorized to :-

(i) Institute in the name of the Corporation, suits and other legal proceedings necessary in the interest of the Corporation and to defend any such proceedings instituted against the Corporation in all courts or tribunals including those established under the Employees State Insurance Act, 1948; and

(ii) to represent the Corporation in all courts or tribunals in cases to which corporation is a party and to act, appear, make applications, plead and withdraw, moneys on behalf of the Corporation.
