NOTIFICATION NATIONAL INVESTIGATION AGENCY Act, 2008 UNLAWFUL ACTIVITIES (PREVENTION) Act, 1967.
No. SPC 1322/C.R.51/TX.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22 read with sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (hereinafter referred to as the “ N.I.A. Act, 2008 ”), and Section 2(1)(d) of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (as amended in 2008), the Government of Maharashtra, with the concurrence of the Hon’ble Chief Justice of the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, hereby appoints Shri Satyanarayan R.
Navandar, Judge, City Civil Court and Additional Sessions Judge, Mumbai (Court Room No. 55), as the Special Court for the trial of offences under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (as amended in 2008), and the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (N.I.A. Act, 2008), in continuation of the notification issued under reference at Sr. No. 3.
