का.अ. 893(ऄ) के िररए आस ऄजधजनयम की 'पहली ऄनुसूची', 'दसू री ऄनुसूची' और 'तीसरी ऄनुसूची' म ें जिजनर्ददष्ट सभी संस्ट्थानों के जलए 'पररषद' की स्ट्थापना की थी।
2. और िबदक, ऄजधजनयम की धारा 30 की ईप-धारा (2) के खंड (ञ) के ऄंतगचत प्रदत्त िजियों का ईपयोग करते हुए, जनम्नजलजखत संसद सदस्ट्यों को क्रमिः राज्य सभा और लोक सभा द्वारा राष्ट्रीय प्रौद्योजगकी, जिज्ञान जिक्षा और ऄनुसंधान सस्ट्ं थान पररषद के सदस्ट्यों के रूप म ेंचुना गया ह:ै
(i) श्री घनश्याम जतिारी, सदस्ट्य, राज्य सभा;
(ii) श्री िंकर लालिानी, सदस्ट्य, लोक सभा; और
(iii) श्री प्रिीण कुमार जनषाद, सदस्ट्य, लोक सभा।

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 3rd March, 2023 S.O. 2361(E).—Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub–section (1) of section 30 of the National Institutes of Technology, Science Education and Research Act, 2007 (29 of 2007) (herein after referred to as the ‘Act’), the Central Government vide Notification No.S.O.893 (E), dated the 17th April, 2008, published in the Gazette of India, established ‘The Council’ for all the Institutes specified in the ‘First Schedule’, ‘Second Schedule’ and ‘Third Schedule’ of the Act.
2. And whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred under clause (j) of sub-section (2) of section 30 of the Act, the following Members of Parliament have been chosen as the members of the National Institutes of Technology, Science Education and Research Council by the Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha, respectively:
(i) Shri Ghanshyam Tiwari, Member, Rajya Sabha;
(ii) Shri Shankar Lalwani, Member, Lok Sabha; and
(iii) Shri Praveen Kumar Nishad, Member, Lok Sabha.
3. The term of office of, vacancies among, and allowances payable to members of Council and the functions of the Council shall be as specified under section 31 and section 32, respectively, of the Act.
