NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 15th October, 2026 S.O. 5659(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 17 of the Bharatiya Vayuyan Adhiniyam, 2024 (16 of 2024) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Civil Aviation, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) vide number S.O. 1826 (E), dated the 9th July, 2014, except as respects thing done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers specified below for the purpose of the said sub-
section, namely:—
1. Director General of Civil Aviation
2. Joint Director General of Civil Aviation
3. Deputy Director General of Civil Aviation
4. Chief Flight Operations Inspector
5. Director of Airworthiness
6. Deputy Director of Airworthiness
