3958(अ), दिनांक 18 जसतम्बर, जिसमें प्राचीन संस्ट्मारक तथा परु ातत्वीय स्ट्थल और अविेष अजधजनयम, 1958 की धारा 4 की उप धारा (1) यथा अपेक्षानुसार उक्त अजधसूचना के साथ संलग्न स्ट्थल मानजचत्र और अनुसूची में जवजनर्ििष्ट प्राचीन स्ट्मारक को राष्ट्रीय महत्त्व का घोजषत करन े के अपन े आिय की िो मास की अवजध की सूचना िी थी और उक्त अजधसूचना की एक प्रजतजलजप उक्त प्राचीन स्ट्मारक के जनकट सहि िश्ृ य स्ट्थान पर जचपका िी गई थी;

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 29 January, 2025 S.O. 519(E)––Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Culture (Archaeological Survey of India), number S.O. 3958(E), dated the 18th September, 2024, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 18th September, 2024, the Central Government gave two months notice of its intention to declare the ancient monument specified in the Site Plan and the Schedule to the said notification to be of national importance and a copy of the said notification was affixed in a conspicuous place;

And whereas copies of the said notification were made available to the public on the 18th September, 2024;

And whereas no objection from the public has been received by the Central Government;
