Notification under the Tamil Nadu Brewery Rules, 1983. [G.O. Ms. No. 107, Home, Prohibition and Excise (III-1), 1st December 2025, காார்த்திகைகா 15, விசுவாாவாசு, திருவாள்ளுவார் ஆண்டு-2056.] No. SRO A-36/2025.—In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 41 of the Tamil Nadu Brewery Rules, 1983, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby exempts Thiruvalargal United Breweries Limited, Aranvoyal Village, Thiruvallur District from the operation of sub-rule (2) of rule 10 of the said rules in so far as it relates to the maximum time limit specified therein so as to enable the said company to carry out the construction works already permitted, subject to the condition that the said works shall be completed on or before the 31st March 2026.

2. This Notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect on and from the 1st May 2025.
