NOTIFICATION UNDER THE TAMIL NADU LAND REFORMS (FIXATION OF CEILING ON LAND) ACT, 1961, (TAMIL NADU ACT 58 OF 1961) MODIFICATION TO NOTIFICATION. [G.O.Ms No.1024, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Land Reforms Wing, LR.1(2) Section, 31st December 2025, மாார்கழி 16, விசுவாாவாசு, திருவாள்ளுவார் ஆண்டு-2056.] No. II(1)/REVMD/59(a)/2025.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18-C of the Tamil Nadu Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling on Land) Act, 1961 (Tamil Nadu Act 58 of 1961) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following modification to the Revenue Department Notification No. II(1)/ReV/10(d)/2004 published at page 2-3 of Part II- Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 20th January, 2004:- In the said Notification, for the Schedule, the following Schedule shall be substituted, namely:- “The Schedule.
