Will the Minister of STEEL be pleased to state:
(a) the details of the financial performance of the MECON including turnover, profit/loss, order book and net worth during the last five years, year-wise;
(b) whether it has incurred losses during the current financial year and if so, the reasons therefor;
(c) the value of projects awarded, projects completed on schedule and delayed, reasons for delays during the last five years, year-wise;
(d) whether any major projects have been transferred to private agencies due to performance issues and if so, the details thereof; and
