Will the Minister of RURAL DEVELOPMENT be pleased to state:

(a) whether the modalities of remittance of drying platform recovery amount of Rs. 117.91 crores of the Government of Telangana is pending with the Ministry, if so, the details thereof;

(b) whether the Government of Telangana has already communicated to the Ministry to clarify / order for the recovery amount against drying platform recovery for remitting / utilizing in case of remitting the amount from SNA account to CFI, if so, the details thereof;

(c) whether the banker has informed to the State Government that there will be no transfer of funds from SNA by way of DD or fund transfer, except by way of FTCs only and interest transfer from SNA to Holding account only by way of PPA, if so, the details thereof; and

(d) the steps taken to give Clarification/Orders on the recovery amount of Rs. 117.91 crores against drying platform recovery for remitting/utilizing in Telangana State? ANSWER MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF RURAL DEVELOPMENT (SHRI KAMLESH PASWAN)

(a) to (d): The State Government of Telangana has already remitted the amount of Rs. 117.91 crores against drying platform recovery as central share to the Consolidated Fund of India through Bharatkosh.
