Will the Minister of Corporate Affairs be pleased to state:
(a) the details of the Vacant position including permanent workers, workers working on contract basis in the Cordite factory located in Aruvankadu, Nilgiri district, Tamilnadu;
(b) the details regarding the income and expenses of the said factory over the past five years;
(c) the action taken regarding the problems faced by these workers due to wild animals as the factory is located in the forest area;
(d) whether any relief measures are provided to the workers affected by the attacks of the animals, if so, the details thereof; and
(e) whether the said factory under the Central Security Department was transferred to the Corporate Affairs Department and if so, the details thereof and the reasons therefor? ANSWER THE MINISTER OF STATE OF THE MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS AND MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS.
