published for general information:- "In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 174 of the Constitution of India, I, Acharya Devvrat, Governor of Gujarat, hereby summon the Gujarat Legislative Assembly to meet at the Assembly Hall, Gandhinagar at 12.00 Noon on Monday, 16th February, 2026.
