(cid:366)ेस िव(cid:466)(cid:304)(cid:593) Press Note (cid:366)ािधकरण ने मेसस(cid:330) बजाज आिलयांज लाइफ इं(cid:692)ोर(cid:336)स कं पनी और मेसस(cid:330) बजाज जनरल इं(cid:692)ोर(cid:336)स कं पनी (cid:554)ारा दायर आवेदनो ंपर िनण(cid:330)य लेने के िलए पूण(cid:330)कािलक सद(cid:735)ो ंका एक पैनल गिठत िकया था। इन आवेदनो ंम(cid:336) ‘एिलयांज एसई’ (cid:554)ारा धा(cid:303)रत संबंिधत बीमा कं पिनयो ंकी कु ल चुकता इि(cid:403)टी शेयर पूंजी के 26% इि(cid:403)टी शेयरो ंको ‘बजाज िफनसव(cid:330) िलिमटेड’, ‘बजाज हो(cid:304)(cid:658)ं(cid:442) एंड इ(cid:587)े(cid:720)म(cid:336)ट िलिमटेड’ और ‘जमनालाल संस (cid:366)ाइवेट िलिमटेड’ को ह(cid:721)ांत(cid:303)रत करने का (cid:366)ावधान है। 15 जुलाई, 2025 की बैठक म(cid:336) पूण(cid:330)कािलक सद(cid:735)ो ंके पैनल (cid:554)ारा इन आवेदनो ं को मंजूरी दे दी गई है। The Authority had constituted the Panel of Whole Time Members to decide the applications filed by M/s Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company and M/s Bajaj General Insurance Company to transfer equity shares representing 26% of the total paid-up equity share capital of the respective insurers held by ‘Allianz SE’ to ‘Bajaj Finserv Limited’, ‘Bajaj Holdings & Investment Limited’ and ‘Jamnalal Sons Private Limited’. The applications have been approved by the Panel of Whole Time Members in the meeting dated 15th July, 2025.
