19.06.2026 म ें प्रकाजित म ें जवजिर्दिष्ट भूजम को ग िरात राज्य के वडोिरा जिले म े जमयागाम करिि – लाकोिरा फ्लाई ओवर पररयोििा िाम की जविेष रेल पररयोििा के जिष्पािि के जलये आवश्यक ह,ा ऐसी भूजम के अिाि करिे के आिय की घोषणा की गई थी;
और, उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20ए की उप-धारा )4( के अधीि स्ट्थािीय ग िराती िाजिक समाचारपत्र “दिव्य भास्ट्कर” म ें दििांक 25.06.2026 , तथा स्ट्थािीय िाजिक समाचारपत्र “इंजडयि एक्स्ट्प्रेस ” म ें दििांक 25.06.2026 को प्रकाजित दकया गया था; और, सक्षम प्राजधकारी को िो भी कोई आक्षेप प्राप्त हुए थ े उिको हल कर दिया गया हका और, सक्षम प्राजधकारी , करिि िे उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20ई की उप-धारा )1( के अि सरण म ें अपिी ररपोट ा केंद्र सरकार को सौंप िी ह;ा 8115 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अतः अब, केंद्रीय सरकार सक्षम प्राजधकारी की उक्त ररपोटा प्राप्त होि े पर रेल अजधजियम की धारा 20डी की उपधारा )1( द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ा दक इसम े उपाबद्ध अि सूची म ें जवजिर्दिष्ट भूजम पूवोक्त प्रयोिि के जलए अर्तित दक िाएगी ;

E.- 590831-08] तरुण डंडोजतया, म ख्य इंिीजियर -)जिमााण(II MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS [Western Railway (Construction Organization)] CORRIGENDUM NOTIFICATION Mumbai, the 23rd October, 2026 This notification supersedes the notification S.O. 5577 (E), published on 12th October 2026 S.O. 5769(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board ) (Published in the Gazette of India, under notification No.498(E) of dated 19.06.2026 Extra Ordinary- part II- Section-3 -Sub-section (i) (here in after referred to as the said notification under subsection(I) of
section 20A of the Railway Act 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) the Central Government declared its intention to be acquired the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for execution, maintenance, management and operation of the Special Railway Project namely, Miyagam Karjan – lakodra Fly Over Project in District Vadodara in the State of Gujarat.
And, whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily local newspaper “Divya bhaskar” dated 25th June 2026 and “The Indian Express” dated 25th June 2026 under subsection (4) of
section 20A of the said Act;
And, whereas, objection has been received & resolved by the competent authority.
And, whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (I) of section 20E of the said Act, the competent authority Dabhoi & Savali has submitted its report of the Central Government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority, and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] And, further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central government here by declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette the land specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.
