NOTIFICATION Mumbai, the 19th October, Under clause 37A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) S.O. 57 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of The Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby notifies the “Proposed construction of ROB and LHS in lieu of Level Crossing No. 13 at Km 98/2-3 on the Diva–Roha Section” as Railway Project under Central Railway and as “Special Railway Project” for acquisition of land in Mumbai Division in the State of Maharashtra, for providing national infrastructure for a public purpose, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
