NOTIFICATION Mumbai, the 3rd September, 2026 Under clause 37A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) S.O. 4911(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of The Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby notifies “PH-53:- Land Acquisition Requirement for the work “Construction of new Goods Shed at Ballarshah (NSG-3) station on the DN Line of Nagpur Division” Railway project under “Special Railway Project” for acquisition of land in Chandrapur District Village/Taluka Ballarpur in the State of Maharashtra, for providing national infrastructure for a public purpose with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
