1. (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम गृह मंत्रालय, भारत-जतब्बत सीमा पुजलस बल, पिु पररवहन काडर समूह ‘क’ (रािपजत्रत) और समूह ‘ख’ (अरािपजत्रत) पि, भती (संिोधन) जनयम, 2023 ह।

(2) ये रािपत्र म ेंप्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. भारत-जतब्बत सीमा पुजलस बल,पिु पररवहन काडर समूह ‘क’ (रािपजत्रत) और समूह ‘ख’ (अरािपजत्रत) पि भती जनयम, 2018 में:- (क) जनयम 7 के स्ट्र् ान पर, जनम्न जलजखत रखा िाएगा, अर्ाता :्- ‘‘7.अजधवर्षता ा.-इन जनयमों के अधीन जनयुक्त प्र्‍ यके ‍ यजि, उस मास के अंजतम तारीख के अपराह्न में, जिसमें वह साठ वषा की आय ुपरू ी कर लते ा ह , सेवा जनवृत्त होगा:

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 30th January, 2023 G.S.R. 62(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 156 of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force Act, 1992 (35 of 1992), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Home Affairs, Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force, Animal Transport Cadre Group ‘A’ (Gazetted) and Group ‘B’ (Non-Gazetted) Posts, Recruitment Rules, 2018,

namely:-

1. (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force, Animal Transport Cadre, Group ‘A’ (Gazetted) and Group ‘B’ (Non-Gazetted) Posts, Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2023.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ministry of Home Affairs, Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force, Animal Transport Cadre, Group ‘A’ (Gazetted) and Group ‘B’ (Non-Gazetted) Posts, Recruitment Rules, 2018:-

(a) for rule 7, the following shall be substituted, namely:- “7. Superannuation.-Every person appointed under these rules, shall retire from the service in the

afternoon of the last day of the month in which he attains the age of sixty years:

Provided that the person whose date of birth is the first day of a month shall retire from service on the afternoon of the last day of the preceding month on attaining the age of sixty years.”

(b) in the Schedule, against serial number 1, relating to the post of Assistant Commandant (Animal Transport),- In Column (2), for the entries, the following shall be substituted, namely:- “02* (2023) * Subject to variation dependent on work load.” [F.
