L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-01062024-254500 CG-DxLx-xEG-I0D1H0x6x2x0 24-254500 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 2059] नई दिल्ली, िुक्रवार, मई 31, 2024/ज्य ष्े ठ 10, 1946 No. 2059] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, MAY 31, 2024/JYAISHTHA 10, 1946 सड़क पररवहन और रािमाग गमत्रं ालय अजधसचू ना नई दिल् ली, 31 मई, 2024 का.आ. 2158(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार न,े राष्ट्रीय रािमागग अजधजनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (जिसे इसम ें इसके पश्चात ् उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 3क की उपधारा (1) के अधीन िारी की गई भारत सरकार के सड़क पररवहन और रािमाग ग मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना सख्ं या का.आ. 2865 तारीख 30/06/2023, िो भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) म ें प्रकाजित की गई थी, द्वारा कनागटक राज्य के कोलर जिले म ें NHNE-7 के दक.मी. 11/450 स े दक.मी.71/000 (बैंगलोर-चेन्नई एक्सप्रेसवे, न. 678/3, नीरुभावी कम्पन्न लेआउट, हब्े बल, बैंगलोर- 560024, कनागटक) तक के राष्ट्रीय रािमागग के जनमागण (चौड़ाकरने / चार लेन का बनाने, आदि), अनरु क्षण, प्रबधं न और प्रचालन के जलए उस अजधसूचना स े उपाबद्ध अनुसूची म ेंजवजनर्िगष्ट भूजम का अिगन करन े के अपने आिय की घोषणा की थी ;

और उक्त अजधसूचना का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3क की उपधारा (3) के अधीन तारीख "समाचार पत्र की दिनाकं " को "संयक्तु ा कनागटक और "टाइम्स ऑफ इंजडया" िोनों म ें प्रकाजित दकया गया था ; िबदक सक्षम प्राजधकारी को धारा 3-ग के तहत िायर आपजि प्राप्त हुई ह,ै जिस पर जवचार दकया गया ह ै और उसका उजचत रूप स ेजनपटान दकया गया;

और सक्षम प्राजधकारी न े उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (1) के अनुसरण म,ें केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी ररपोटग िे िी ह ै;

3320 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी की उक्त ररपोटग प्राप्त हो िान े पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रिि िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक उक्त अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्िगष्ट भूजम का पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अिनग दकया िाना चाजहए ;

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 31st May, 2024 S.O. 2158(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, 2865 Dated:30/06/2023, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-

section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of Bangalore-Chennai Expressway (NHNE-7) in the stretch of land from Km. 11/450 to Km. 71/000 (Bangalore-Chennai Expressway, No. 678/3, Neerubhavi Kempanna Layout, Hebbal, Bangalore-560024, Karnataka) in the district of KOLAR in the state of KARNATAKA

And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Vartha Bharathi” and “Times of India both dated 18.07.2023 , under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;

And whereas Objections have been received and the same have been considered and disallowed by the Competent Authority;

And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government;

Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
