औि उक्त अधिसूचना का साि उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3क की उपिािा (3) के अिीन तािीख "18.07.2023 " को "संयुक्ता कनागटक१" औि "टाइम्स ऑफ इंधडया िोनों म ेंप्रकाधित ककया र्या था ; जबकक सक्षम प्राधिकािी को िािा 3-र् के तहत िायि आपधि प्राप्त हुई ह,ै धजस पि धवचाि ककया र्या ह ै औि उसका उधचत रूप स ेधनपटान ककया र्या;

औि सक्षम प्राधिकािी न े उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3घ की उपिािा (1) के अनुसिण म,ें केन्द्रीय सिकाि को अपनी रिपोटग िे िी ह ै;

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 31st May, 2024 S.O. 2156(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, 2860 Dated:30/06/2023 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-

section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of Proposed Bangalore-Chennai Expressway,(NHNE-7) in the stretch of land from Km.0/000to Km.11/450 (Bangalore- Chennai Expressway, No. 678/3, Neerubhavi Kempanna Layout, Hebbal, Bangalore-560024, Karnataka) in the district of Bangalore Rural in the state of KARNATAKA

And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Samyuktha Karnataka” and “Times of India” both dated 18-07-2023; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;

And whereas the Objections have been received and the same have been considered and disallowed by the Competent Authority;

And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government;

Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
