अतः, अब, राष्ट्रीय रािमाग ग िुल्क (िर अवधारण एव ं संग्रहण) जनयम, 2008 के जनयम 3 (जिस े इसके पश्चात “जनयम’’ कहा िाए) के साथ परित राष्ट्रीय रािमाग ग अजधजनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की 7 द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के सड़क पररवहन और रािमागग मंत्रालय की वतगमान प्रयोिा िुल्क अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ. 3059 (अ) दिनांक 30.12.2010 के अजधक्रमण में, केंरीय सरकार एतिद्वारा महाराष्ट्र राज्य म ें एनएच-53 (पुराना एनएच-6) के जडिाइन दकमी 9.200 से जडिाइन दकमी 50.000 तक नागपरु -कोंढाली खंड के चार लेन के उपयोग के जलए नीचे िी गई ताजलका 1 के स्ट्तंभ (1) में जवजनर्िगष्ट वाहनों के प्रकार पर 40.425 दक.मी. की जनवल सड़क खंड लंबाई [सारणी-2] तथा 3.750 दक.मी. 3. गरै -वाजणजज्यक प्रयोिनों के जलए पंिीकृत यांजत्रक वाहन के स्ट् वामी और िल्ु क प् लाजा से बीस दक.मी. की िरू ी के भीतर जनवास करने वाल े व् यजि के जलए माजसक पास की िर वर्ग 2026-27 के जलए 360.00/-रूपए (तीन सौ साि रूपए मात्र) ह ैऔर उि जनयमों के प्रावधानों के अनुसार प्रजतवर् ग संिोधन के अध् यधीन ह।ै

4. रािमागग खण्ड पर बहुयात्राओं हते ु पास जनम्नजलजखत िरों पर िारी दकया िाएगा, अथागतः् सारणी-4 अनमु त एकतरफा यात्राओं की अजधकतम सख्ं या सिं ेय धनराजि जवजधमान्द्य ता की अवजध एकतरफा यात्रा के जलए िल्ु क का डेढ़ िो भुगतान के समय से चौबीस घंटे गुना पचास एकल यात्राओं के जलए भुगतान भुगतान की तारीख से एक मास िुल्क की राजि का िो-जतहाई पचास

5. िुल्क प्लािा जस्ट्थत होन े वाले जिले म ें पंिीकृत वाजणजज्यक वाहनों (राष्ट्रीय परजमट के अधीन प्रचाजलत दकए िा रह े वाहनों को छोड़कर) के जलए िल्ु क उस श्रेणी के वाहन हते ु जनधागररत िर की 50% होगी, बिते दक ऐस े वाजणजज्यक वाहनों के प्रयोग के जलए कोई सर्वगस रोड या वैकजल्पक सड़क उपलब्ध न हो।

6. संबंजधत श्रेणी के वाहनों के जलए जवजनर्िगष् ट अनुज्ञेय भार से अजधक भार लि े यांजत्रक वाहन का चालक या स्ट् वामी या प्रभारी व्यजि, राष्ट्रीय रािमाग ग पर अजतभार लि े वाहन के प्रवेि के जलए टोल संग्रहण एिसें ी को ऐसी श्रेणी के वाहनों के प्रवेि के जलए, कजथत जनयमों के जनयम 10 के अनुसार अनप्रु योज्य िल्ु क के समतल्ु य िल्ु क का भगु तान करने के जलए उत् तरिायी होगा।

7. सभी पररभार्ाएं, यांजत्रक वाहनों की श्रणे ी, इनके अनुज्ञेय भार, छूट-प्राप्त वाहनों की श्रणे ी, सर्वगस रोड, वैकजल्पक सड़क इत् यादि उि जनयमों म ेंजवजनर्िगष्ट पररभार्ाओं के अनरूु प होंगी।

8. उि जनयमों के जनयम 12 के अनुसार, उपयोगकतागओं की िानकारी के जलए िल्ु क की िरों को प्रिर्िगत दकया िाएगा। 9 .उपयुगक् त ताजलका-1 म ें यथा-उजल्लजखत, आधार वर् ग 2007-08 के जलए प्रजत दकलोमीटर िुल्क की आधार िर के आधार पर यांजत्रक वाहनों स े िुल् क की वास्ट् तजवक राजि और छूटों की गणना प्राजधकरण द्वारा खंड की पूरी हो गई लंबाई के आधार पर की िाएगी और उसे उक्त जनयमों के जनयम 5 के अनुसार प्रजत वर् ग संिोजधत दकया िाएगा तथा तिनुसार उस े अग्रं ेिी और क्षेत्रीय भार्ा के कम-से-कम एक-एक समाचार पत्र में प्रकाजित दकया िाएगा।

10. पररयोिना की अनुमाजनत पूंिीगत लागत 272.55 करोड़ रुपय े ह।ै चूंदक भूजम अजधग्रहण, उपयोजगता स्ट्थानांतरण, पेड़ों को काटने, भजवष्य म ें सुिढ़ृ ीकरण, क्षमता वृजि इत्यादि कामों को अभी पूरा दकया िाना है, इसजलए, पूंिीगत लागत पररवतगन के अध्यधीन ह।ै प्राप् त प्रयोक्त ा िुल् क के माध् यम स े वसूल की गई पूंिीगत लागत का प्राजधकरण द्वारा ररकॉडग रखा िाएगा। [फा. स.ं एमएचडीआईवी-21013/9/2026पीआईय-ू अमरावतीई (एमएच)-(268393)] चेतना नंि वसंह, संयुि सजचव MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 3th September, 2026 S.O. 4915(E).—Whereas by notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 1584(E) dated the 10.11.2005 issued under Section 11 of the National Highways Authority of India Act, 1988 (68 of 1988), the Central Government has entrusted the stretch Nagpur – Kondhali – Talegaon section4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] from Km 9.200 to Km 100.000 of the National Highway No. 6 (New NH-53) in the State of Maharashtra to the National Highways Authority of India (hereinafter referred to as the “Authority”).

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), read with rule 3 of the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules, 2008 (hereinafter referred to as the " said rules") and in supersession of existing user fee notification S.O. 3059 (E) dated 30.12.2010, the Central Government hereby levies the fee at the rate specified in column (2) of the Table 1 for net road section length of 40.425 km [Table-2] and for equivalent structure length (having length more than 60m) of 3.750 km (having length of 0.375 km, [Table-3]) on the type of vehicle specified in column (1) of the Table-1 below, for use of Four Laning of Nagpur-Kondhali Section from Design kilometre 9.200 to Design kilometre 50.000 on NH-53 (Old NH-6) in the state of Maharashtra and authorises the Authority to collect, either through its officials or through a contractor, the said fee, namely:- Table 1 Base rate of fee per km for the base Type of vehicle year 2007-08 (in Rupees)

1. 3. The rate of monthly pass for a person who owns a mechanical vehicle registered for non-commercial purposes and resides within a distance of twenty kilometres from the fee plaza is Rs 360.000/- (Rupees Three hundred Sixty only) for the year 2026-27 and is subject to revision every year as per the provisions of the said rules.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 5

4. For multiple journeys on the highway section, passes shall be issued at the following rates, namely: - Table 4 Maximum number of one-way Amount Payable Period of validity journeys allowed One and half times of the fee for one way Twenty-four hours from the time Two journey of payment Two-third of amount of the fee payable for Fifty One month from date of payment fifty single journeys.

5. Fee for commercial vehicle (excluding vehicles plying under national permit) registered in the district where the fee plaza falls shall be 50% of the prescribed rate for that category of vehicle provided no service road or alternative road is available for use of such commercial vehicles.

6. The driver or owner or a person in charge of a mechanical vehicle which is loaded in excess of permissible load specified for its category, shall be liable to pay fee for entering the overloaded vehicle on the National Highway to the fee collecting agency, equal to the fee specified in rule 10 of the said rules.

7. All definitions including category of mechanical vehicles, its permissible load, category of exempted vehicles, service road, alternative road etc. shall be as per definitions specified in the Rules.

8. The fee rates shall be displayed for information of the users in accordance with rules 12 of the said Rules.

9. Based on the Base rate of fee per km for the base year 2007-08 as mentioned in Table-1 above, the actual amount of fee to be charged from the mechanical vehicles and the discounts will be calculated by the Authority on the basis of the completed length of the section and revised annually in accordance with the rule 5 of the said rules and the same shall be published in at least one newspaper in English and vernacular language.

10. The estimated capital cost of the project is Rs. 272.55 Crores. The Capital Cost is subject to variation as the activities of Land Acquisition, Utility Shifting, Tree Cutting, Future Strengthening, Capacity Augmentation etc. are yet to be completed. The Authority shall maintain a record of the recovery of Capital Cost through user fee realised.
