NOTIFICATION Consequent upon retirement of the Member Secretary on superannuation and transfer of Member Mr. Ritesh Kumar Singh as Principal Secretary to Government, Finance Department, the Government of Karnataka in exercise of powers conferred under subsection (4) of Section 110 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (No. 12 of 2017) read with Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal (Appointment and Conditions of Service of President and Members) Rules, 2023, hereby re- constitutes the Search-cum-Selection Committee constituted earlier vide Notification No. FD 76 CSL 2023 dated:15.06.2024 with the following composition to recommend a panel of four (04) names for appointing two (02) posts of Technical Member (State) to Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal to the two (02) State Benches in Bengaluru, Karnataka State:
1 Chief Justice of the High Court of Karnataka. Chairperson 2 Smt. S. Sujatha, Member Former Judge, High Court of Karnataka.
3 Chief Secretary, Member Government of Karnataka.
4 Dr. Ekroop Caur, IAS., Secretary to Government, Information, Biotechnology and Science and Member Technology Department, Government of Karnataka.
