BE it enacted by Parliament in the Seventy-seventh Year of the Republic of

India as follows:—

1.This Act may be called the Appropriation (No. 3) Act, 2026. Short title.

2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of India, the sums specified in Issue of Rs. column 3 of the Schedule, amounting in the aggregate to the sum of fifty-four 54067,45,93,231 out of the thousand sixty-seven crore, forty-five lakh, ninety-three thousand, two hundred and Consolidated thirty-one rupees shall be deemed to have been authorised to be paid and applied to Fund of India to meet the amounts spent for defraying the charges in respect of the services specified meet certain excess in column 2 of the Schedule during the financial year ended on the 31st day of expenditure for March, 2023, in excess of the amounts granted for those services and for that year. the year ended on the 31st March, 2023.2 THE GAZETTE OF IND2I A EXTRAORDINARY [Part II— Appropriation. 3.The sums deemed to have been authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund of India under this Act shall be deemed to have been appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the financial year ended on the 31st day of March, 2023.Sec. 1] THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY 3 THE SCHEDULE (Seesections 2 and 3) 1 2 3 No. Excess of Services and purposes Voted portion Charged portion Total Vote Rs.
